Code of Honor

Code of Honor

The Code of Honor is a set of personal commitments we ask members to hold — not rules enforced by moderation, but values we carry into every interaction.

Honesty

Speak truthfully. When you share your experiences, your identity, or your perspective, speak from your own truth. We do not ask you to prove anything — we ask you to be genuine.

Respect

Treat others as full people. Their identities, experiences, and beliefs are real to them. You do not have to agree; you are asked to approach difference with curiosity rather than contempt.

Responsibility

Own your impact. If something you said caused harm — whether or not you intended it — be willing to hear that and respond with care. Mistakes are human; accountability is a choice.

Courage

Say the hard thing when it matters. If you see someone being hurt, speak up. If you need help, ask for it. If you disagree, say so — with honesty and care, not silence or hostility.

Discretion

Protect what is shared in trust. What people share here about their identities, their struggles, and their inner lives is not yours to repeat without permission.

Presence

Be here on purpose. This space is better when people engage with intention — not to perform, but to connect.

Growth

Let yourself be changed. Community is not just a place to be seen; it is a place to learn, be challenged, and become more than you were.
